Transferred Zen where did it go?

I got some zen this morning and i transferred it to my server. But when i logged in to pwi, i didnt get any gold at all. I looked at the transactions it says it went through and went to the right server but i never got it. Can I please get an answer on whats going on and if im ganna get my gold.

    So charge rewards goes through.... but where the **** my gold?? -.-

    Make sure to do a ticket, I know I know they tell you to post in forums when you do a ticket but it can't hurt.

    is anyone else having problems submitting a ticket for recieving zen? being trying to since last nite.

    There seems to be a delay in the transaction from Arc to game. I bought Zen yesterday afternoon and it showed up today, so seems to be about a 24 hr delay, instead of instant availability.
