Deiciter White respawn time question

So I needed Deiciter White for my title quest. Woke up early on maintenance night, tried logging in at 1:15 am, sever still down, tried logging in at 1:25 am, server up but Deiciter White is dead. No problem he should have a 24h respawn time. Wake up next morning a bit before 1:15 and camp spawn spot till 1:30, he doesn't spawn.

Did they change his respawn time since he know a title quest (since they also negated his drops), or am I just crazy and somehow missed it (possible since i was dead tired)?

    Only sure time to get it is after maintenance and you better be the first logging that spot.

    World bosses used to have fixed spawn and respawn times but now it is random. Sadly this includes the title ones. Yes it is dumb. No there is nothing you can do about it.

    There is something that pw can do to correct this typical problem. Make is spawn every 24-48 hrs or 2-3 times daily where the player who kills it cant kill it again till next week. Sounds simple enough, or just make it have a fixed respawn time and leave it there.

    Add a function that checks if players already got the kill in the same day/week then prevent him to deal damage on boss after respawn seems easy for you ? b:shocked I wouldn't bet on it.

    Fixed spawn time would be way easier but I suppose there is a reason (that we will never know) if this is not the case anymore. Maybe just make them harder to camp....

    Anyway the silly thing is to have selected those bosses for some titles that people who have a job will never get... (talking mainly about european people here since maintenance is during working hours for us)

    I thought that was JUST for World bosses though, deciter white is a mini world boss and as far as i know other mini world bosses have their original respawn time, at least ones in the old maps seem to, let me know if I'm wrong.

    Make item to summon them. Item that works only once and only at right spot.
