ARC(site) won't let me log in or go to charge rewards page

I can't log into the site on Laptop or Phone, or access charge rewards.

It just "loads" but never goes anywhere.

    Odd. Was working just fine for me earlier and, upon checking now, loaded without any issue as well.


    Have you tried clearing your cache/cookies and restarting your browser?

    there is also a lot of people having that server network error.

    Took about 10 mins to log into forum and a few page refreshes. Still can't log into arc to run the game.

    Finally got my internet on.

    And I can't log into the forums or arc on my laptop. (Only able to post this because I logged on the forums with my phone earlier.)

    My other laptop for catshop is still logged in. I picked the wrong time to reboot my computer; its been almost an hour now trying to get back on from my main b:surrender

    I had the same problem i was on just fine on my moms computer i switched and now i can't even log into Arc. I'm getting the server error and obviously its not my internet because i can load facebook etc. Why have they not addressed this issue? There are people on facebook who have said that they have been locked out for 4 hours+

    Great use of 2x pwi, if this is your way of punishing us. Thanks.

    Have you tried to get in with one of the ways to bypass Arc?

    I'm gonna see if I can get any info about it as well.

    Well. I'm able to log into the forums now for PWI on my laptop. So that's an improvement. LOL. About to try to log into arc again.

    Logged into arc now. Game updating now, since I've been gone for a while. I'll see if I can log into the game once it updates.

    Forum login issues would be account.perfectworld.com having problems (which I know was the case around 2 hours or so ago), but yeah. Wasn't having any issues when it came to logins via Arc or the website related stuff with Arc.

    It let me in Arc finally, but now server network error. Does the bypass work for that? I really wanted to avoid messing around in the game files since Arc was supposed to be SO great and all.

    Now that I am able to log into the forums, here are things I saw. Both the arc program and website are constantly loading. In another thread about someone unable to log into the charge rewards, a GM(I think) replied by saying that the DB was not functioning correctly, but they can track things. Also, I was taking notes of certain times and the times for the most recent posts say an earlier time than it was a half hour ago. These are just a few things that I noticed.

    Well, I've updated my game, but when I try to log in, it says "Server Network Error".

    So that's my progress on this issue.

    To anyone who may be working this,

    Try a server/admin level refresh. Clear any types of files or cached files/data that usually help with high overhead in loading up the the services. If that doesn't work(I'm sure you've tried already) force a mass disconnect and restart servers. Last but not least...try turning it off and back on again?

    It just magically decided to work finally. Guess it was a problem on their end.

    Took me 40 minutes to log in 1 account, got into the game and 30 seconds later, got network server error and d/c from game.

    The problem is NOT in our networks, computers, caches, cookies or even out panties!!!!

    Why must mods always assume the problem is on OUR end and not theirs???

    If it was on OUR end, there wouldn't be so many replies to this topic. So how about doing a couple things first.

    Clean out your server caches & reboot the servers. Maybe that will fix the issue.

    If neither one of those work PWI GM, then maybe you should hire technicians who know more then how to access ****....

    b:angry been at this BS for a while, someone just said its up so ill check...hopefully it works and hopefully wont have to deal with this again........


    OMFG NO!!! So i got in game loged on but nothing is there not a single character WTF WTF WTF HELPME I have spent money on this ****ing game.

    every day now its the same cant connect to server, or games having outages it wont be long before ill have a perma outage
