    Hello, having issues access certain toons on 1 acct & can't access any on the 2nd acct. Others are having similar issues b:sad ...... THE SERVER NEEDS 2B FIXED, NOW !!!

    SweetieBot can you let someone know that the Arch Server is down no one can log in. The Status Shows online but Main Map Crashed and we can not log in. Thank you

    Takes 3 days to a week to get a responce from a ticket so next best thing for faster resalts is on here. O wait you know that b:thanksb:thanks

    Would take infinity +1 to get a response if you were to rely on Sweetiebot. Compared to a ticket, methinks Sweetiebot is the slower option. b:laugh

    Nah. I came on my own because checking the forums when we get time is what mods do. Sweetiebot itself can't send us reports or information or anything like that. It's just a forum bot that was made by Asterelle and has a few neat functions. It can't actually do anything like send reports to staff, answer real questions, or so on.

    Heck, the "report server status" is just it pinging the login servers so it'd be unreliable for something like this where the map server is down.



    tl;dr: Sweetiebot didn't help you here at all and would never be able to help you in this sort of situation.
