    its wasnt just one person, or 2 ppl or just a squad. there were hundreds+ on HT server that were locked in a map crash bh 79
    this wasnt a 'oops im stuck town portal me out' or 'gm boot me outa 79' this was a game/map crash. so just cuz i said 'I' was stuck, dont assume that it was just one person

    They never done compensation for map crashes that I can remember of though.

    ye thats why i was polite enough to mention "i assume xxx from what u said"
    gotta tell ppl whats actually happened

    and ye, sanc suffered from this too a few weeks ago, altho i dont think it lasted for several days

    guess its mostly a prob of GMs noticing in time lolz (when i think of way back when it took like 10h to even get a GM response when map crashed...)


    and like i said, trying and asking nicely wont harm any1 imo..

    I think everyone wants compensation anymore for pwi **** ups. Even if it is found to be on users end because of the rollback compensation fiasco as well as many others. Track record alone on pwi's end isnt to spot on with fixing stuff and user end isnt to keen on not being greedy pieces of ****.

    if it had been fixed in a timly manner i think it wouldnt be a rawr issue with many ppl i know on ht that were unable to play cuz of it. heck even helpful responses to tickets (b:chuckle) woulda made things better. but alas, giving compensation to ppl isnt a strong suit..


    btw.... u have the amazing bearsy smileys on forum bring 'em back to game... i miss my bears.. they are the only smilies i would ever buy....

    take it a bit easy; shahshah just very intentionally tried to not offend you by asking you to put your problems in perspective to those of others, and you...got offended.

    HT did lose about 3 days of play time in 79. True. And initially it probably freaked the people out who couldn't get back in the game because of it. But that was a handful of squads. Overall, players on one server lost the ability to do BH/FB in one instance for 3 days time. It was resolved as soon as Monday rolled around, and everyone got their chars and gears and accounts back. Ta-da.

    In comparison, people right now that have to worry about Heartbleed make up a much greater percentage of players, across multiple servers, and who may or may not get their accounts back depending on various factors (were their passwords changed? Are they checking their emails? can they even access their emails?)-- mostly this boils down to an issue of account security for a much greater number of people.

    So I know this problem made you unhappy, but his point was valid. I know, not having 79 kinda sucked. To stay positive, I instead played on my alt. And then I went outside.

    i open up the pwi client through arc and it comes up with ''client needs to update please select method'' i click ''auto''. it then starts to update but after a couple of seconds it keeps failing and doing the auto retry then failing again, i had never had this before, please tell me how to fix it.

    I dont get it. Why are people asking for fashion/weapon fashion? Ask for the good stuff:

    - That pack last year that gave event gold and some apothecary stuff and the 3 dragon orb oceans

    - Demon/Sage Event Cards

    - Charms

    Cmon people theyre letting us ask for stuff we would like to have codes for. Its not something they always do...
