login server down? (only moraimaybe?)

I logged into the game earlier with no problems.
I changed account and now >I wanted to login again but failed.
Tried another account too, as well as a friend did. We both failed to login...(incorrect name or password)

    Servers are up. Try logging in again, reading the sticky post (Read this before posting is the name), and if nothing from there helps, post the information the sticky post requests.

    ima make a thread on normal forums too

    me and some EU friends got the same issues

    ive just been on one of my chars, wanted to relog cos i got server error, and now i cant log in with a login-macros i bound to my keyboard (no its not wrong, it still works as it should), and still it keeps telling me "incorrect username/password"

    however, i can log on a bankchar of mine

    id just like to know what the heck is going on yet again -.-

    Can you log in with that account to Arc or the forums?

    Also, don't make multiple threads on the same topic. A mod will just merge them. And this is the appropriate forum for this thread.

    hey guyz,

    i had the same problem, apperantly pwi staff found sum prob with certain sites on the western european area & deceided 2 delete all passwords from ppl that came in contact with those sites.
    Ushould check ur e-mail, then u can renew ur password.
    Did it & can log on without any problem now,...Altho i did send a ticket 2 gm's 2 asure me that it came from them & not some **** ****.

    What the **** is that...

    It seems that PWE has reset the passwords for A LOT of accounts. They did send mail and hopefully I've seen it, but I tried to logg off log back and impossible.

    Well I hope you guyz had valid mail address...

    I'm on Sanctuary. Its 2:11 PM pacific my time. And I cannot log in my main venomancer or barb's account right now. It says "incorrect account name or password." I copy and pasted it from a notepad, so I know I didn't spell it wrong. What gives? b:angry

    See if you can log into the arc website using it. If you can't, reset your password. If you can, you likely have special characters that aren't recognized by the client.

    So i have the same problem, i cant log either into the game, arc nor into my forum acc here. And i dont have access to my old eMail anymore, so how can i change my password?

    By submitting a ticket via email. Might want to fix your email on the account once it's resolved.
