I TRIED submitting a ticket and the stupid page WONT FLIPPING LOAD!!!!

so AGAIN

Thank you pwi for **** ppl again... my toon is STUCK in 79, cant log her, can access any other toon on that acct, but not the 'stuck' toon.... thanks for nothing

    Mods acting weird instead of moving it to tech support or so they close a thread . Seems more ppl on HT experience the same problem . And the last time i heard something like this it ended up in rollback and rage quits on scale .

    Yeah my toon is stuck in 79 also, waiting a response to my ticket, if that ever happens

    Yups I can confirm the 79 instance is crashed on Heavens Tear server...they better not rollback, I made some great progress on my Seeker today.

    Tickets typically take at least 5 business days before they're addressed so don't think you'll hear from them until sometime next week. Don't submit extra tickets or yours goes back to the bottom of the pile.

    Next time just send a PM instead of making a new topic ranting on the issue. You didn't even mention that you tried submitting a ticket or that you couldn't get the page in the last thread.

    I'm closing this as well because you're violating forum rules with it but I am going to let the appropriate people know that HT's instances are down. Please exercise common sense or take a moment to read first in the future instead of jumping straight into a rant about things with no real details.
