Deminished Vigor and Arrow Inferno are the most OP and broken debuffs in this game.
Increasing charm CD is like a constant and gear unaffected debuff which isn't even purifieable.
OK granted. this is just trolling but it helps to bring back some great skills to ppls minds when they think their own class is "underpowered". No class is. Only players can be "underpowered (aka stupid)".

A thread that doesn't QQ about sins, but us *-* I'm honored. I should make a barb-thread in return, if I ever get to live long enough to ask which skill the barb used to deal 60k+ withb:chuckle

Prob the armor break type skill and then a follow up with something nasty.But if you let a barb get that close then you lack fighting potential skill wise.
Psy skills slow stun freeze rinse and repeat if they live that long depending on your weapon skill power...then run0 -

The archer one is kinda bad. It costs a full spark, has a 3 second channel, lasts for 30 seconds, and increases charm cooldown from 10s to 13s. Because of that the best it can do is effect 1 charm tick and MAYBE 2 charm ticks if you're lucky. 1 spark for 3 seconds (and maybe 6) of charm tick isn't good. How many 3 second stuns costs a full spark with a 3second channel? If an archer wants to spend their chi offensively they are almost aways better off using chi for Blood Vow or Barrage. This skill does have a modest AOE so it gets some use under the crystal in TW and thats about it (it might get used in a ZTP skill spam combo too). Maybe G16 (non-factor) archers will use this too since they can't really DD and need to go heavy support. Otherwise it's rarely worthwhile.
The Psychic one is much better since it lasts 90s and costs no chi, half the cooldown, and has a 4 second tick delay instead of 3. Psychics can probably get at lest 4 or 5 tick delays from that (16-20 seconds of charm tick). The only cost is that they can't do empowered vigor. How much of a cost is that really though when you can't do two different OP skills at the same time?[sigpic][/sigpic]

I agree with the most part of it.
6 Seconds of charm delay in total might not be that much. But if your archer is full deity max gears those 6 seconds can decide between win or loss. But yeah. It really depends on the own setup. If you are more the aggressive player with more DMG oriented gears then this skill can be a real killer. Especially since it's the only "debuff" from an archer that can't be purified. So you can time it pretty well without the fear of it getting spark-purified like BV.
I should really add as a signature that all my posts are 1on1-related. I agree that Arrow Inferno is not that amazing in group-related PvP...but well as you already stated, Wisely used it can always be beneficial for the group.My Barb:
