problem with charge my zen

Hello guys

i have big problem guys i buy Ukash card $50.00 and when i try to charge my zen with it , it gave

me this message ( Unknown Error Occured. Please contact )

i try many time to do it again and again but same result

please help me guys to solve this problem

i pay to much to buy this card and now i can not use it :(:(:(

    Did you submit a ticket?

    Also, basic troubleshooting: did you try restarting your computer? Clearing cache/cookies?

    Did the error message say WHO to contact? I would be surprised if they meant Contact Forums.
    Also, was the error message from the cards website, like how Ultimate Game Card takes you to their site to use card? If the message came from the cards site, I would say contact the number on the back of the game card as no one here will be able to help you.
