I've been noticing I check in daily and sometimes some days are UNchecked afterwards. 2, sometimes 3 missing days on 1 or more different toons. It looks completelly random. I had the same issue a couple of months ago and after sending in a ticket, they investigated and gave me the reward I deserved.
But, its happening again and I was adviced to make it a topic in the Quality Corner. Seems like its being investigated....but when I asked how they were gonna give me my reward, no answer came to it. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

    Same for me, different missed days on each char and I log them all daily... Plus months with 30 days **** me and make me lose am extra day, so I don't get reward... Every month same story, Ticket, discussion, reward...

    I've got a HUGE collection of tickets now... Really big!

    The number one problem is that when you leave a character logged in through midnight, the Check In button doesn't highlight and the calendar doesn't flash even though it has reset. You have to click on your history first and then you can Check In. This may cause you to think you have checked in when you haven't.

    I've successfully checked in for the past six months so the system itself seems to be working.

    I've never stayed logged in through midnight but mine seems to uncheck itself quite frequently. I check in on veno every day, but by the end of a month at least 6 or more days that I definitely checked in end up unchecked. I've given up on it ever working now.

    Today I got the message they checked the login files and I wasnt logged on at a certain date. This is absolutelly NOT true, since I log every day and check in every day Its pissing me so much that they try to get away with it like that. Its not I need the reward, cuz its not really worth it, but the fact they say its a known bug and now try to get away with "you didnt log on x date". b:angry
