Need GM Stuck Toon

My barb is stuck with the weird message that you have to push (w) to fix it, but I did and ran into tree and go stuck even more so now I can't move. When I log on I get the message quick and it shuts down client. I need GM this time and also I always get stuck on every time and account when I fly across or run across Swiftwind, please help I can't do no quests around there, should I reinstall or it's my computer or is it just me?
