did the US East servers shut down?

Servers: Archosaur(PvE US West) and Harshlands (PvP US East)
Chars: Viktorian(100 2Rb Celestial Demon BM) PurpleHealz (100 Celestial Sage Cleric) DagsAway (95 Assassin)

  I cant do anything server is so lag but not showing it I mean in yellow but acting like is in deep red b:surrender

  Lot City i have lots of lag spike but no dissconections makes me think why i came back to "oficial" server
