Arc is not working for Blessings or Support

I have been trying for weeks to get blessings thru Arc and have only gotten error messages saying that i need to check my internet connection. Which i know to be perfect. Since i can play my game without delays. On top of that ARC will not let me go to support or any other function to call in a ticket to fix this. I can not even access Manage my account.
Arc has been a fail since it's inception. Please fix this problem TODAY! so that i can do what i need to in this game. b:angry

Have you tried reading this sticky and providing some useful information or doing any of the simple solutions it provides?
Honestly it sounds like you just don't have Arc excluded from your firewall/antivirus software considering what you're describing.(Insert fancy image here)0 -
I've found that my arc issues are usually solved by quitting all processes with 'arc' in the name in task manager. Try that, see if it works.Camlyra-Raging Tides. Since the avatar is broken.

obviously you dont know what is going on. I dissabled my anti virus and still have same issues. when i try to get blessings it says, "The connection has timed out. Please check your internet connection and try again" and for trying to put a ticket i get error messages and nothing happens. I can not even get to support or manage my account.
I uninstalled arc and reinstalled it and i have same issues. Error messages i get when going into support or manage account is "Error message 118"b:surrender0 -

Well yes, that's kind of why I asked you to provide the additional information requested in that sticky you clearly have not read.

First off let me just say I'm not stupid for those that try to tell me to clear my cache or disable my firewall. PWI has permissions to clear my firewall, I clear my cach each week and I'm not stupid so please do not speak to me like I am.
Now that said...
I am not getting the drop down to input the blessing codes, I do believe this is an issue on PWI's side not on mine. If the drop down by my user name is now only for "My Account" and "Sign Out" then it's working perfectly otherwise it's broken and I would like it fixed...please. I did submit a ticket but have not gotten a reply so I'm not sure if the ticket, ie. support system is broken aswell, which is the only reason I'm posting here. Some assistance would be nice or at least some response of some kind. Thank you.0 -

2. It's an issue on your system, not PWE's. There's absolutely nothing wrong with Arc for a grand majority of people using it, and you are the first I've heard report this specific issue. All of which pretty much points to the issue being on your side.
3. The side with "My Account" and "Sign Out" where the code entry link used to be, is not where it is now. This fact has been mentioned several times in the forum, and there is a sticky thread with the information as well.
4. Tickets submitted can take 5-7 days to get a reply. Based on your apparent ignorance thus far, I'm certain you didn't wait long enough for a response.
5. Just to mention it once more......
Code entry is now in the upper-left drop-down menu that sits where the Arc logo is.
The menu is as follows...
~ Redeem a Code
~ Add Games
~ Support
~ Manage Account
~ Settings
~ About Arc
~ Sign Out
~ Exit
Which seems like a pretty obvious and intuitive place to look for it. We've seen evidence though that not all players are that intelligent though. b:chuckle[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
