Help needed regarding false information that was submitted.

This thread will not include names of people or the faction involved in this matter; this is purely for the intended purpose of getting help from the right people.
The story goes like this.
My account was **** a while back and after endless support tickets back and forth I eventually got my account back and un banned.
The faction that I was part of at the time all helped to get the account un-banned after their leader had then all submit support tickets etc. etc. About 5 days ago, I left the faction cause I had some things that needed my intention in real life, the leader of the faction asked for my login details so that they can play my account while I was gone, I refused to give him the details and he felt betrayed, I went ahead and changed my name by the use of an identity stone, I entered my toon into a lower level faction that did not need daily GBQ done. I told them I will log my account once in a while just to do some dailies and keep the account active.
48 Hours ago, I was still playing and BOOM, I got booted from the game, when I tried to login again I got a message saying "Banned: Contact Customer Service for further assistance Banned for 525600 more minutes.
I thought that I got banned because of the previous time that my account was **** so I submitted a ticket, they replied saying that my ticket has been escalated to a higher level and ever since then I have had no reply from PWI staff at all.
I had a few of my friends do a little research in game, and found that the said leader of the faction I use to belong to had his members submit tickets saying that I sold / want to sell my account, and this is what caused my account to be banned again. I never sold my account nor did I want to sell it, Perfect world is what I do to relax after a hard day of work.
Up to date I have invested close to 3500$ on my toon. I had full R9RR +10+.
I've tried phoning PWI yesterday but had no success i was told to submit a ticket again, I did that and then received a reply that it's a duplicate ticket and it will be deleted from the system.
I find it very unfair that people on PWI are able to do this to another person just because they refuse to give them login detail which bridges the TOS of PWI. Should a matter like this not be investigated before a Ban is issued on an account?
I am unable to explain my findings on the support system as my ticket is deleted soon after I submit it and that's why I Turned to the forums.
Can someone please point me to the correct channels I need to follow?

Then indeed i guess try that.
Try almost all categories about Account being banned/ guard/ ****/ billing support maybe too.

I wonder what kind of proof did they have... I mean yea, a few people sent a ticket about a certain person, that would bring some attention but I can as well just get a group of friends and go troll someone, get her/him permabanned etc. How can PWE defend us against that?b:shocked0

It's also possible it was auto-banned by the proxy detection bot. Make sure that your ISP doesn't use an "Accelerator" service, and that you aren't connecting via any other proxies or banned regions.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

Well i moved to a diffrent country a while ago... dunno if they use accelerators.. will ask the isp in the morning0 -

proof is often not very necessary when enough people send in a ticket, long ago i had an entire (small) faction KS me(+1 cleric or veno) at a world boss including expel glitch (before buff filter) and i was the one that got banned for harassment...when it was a 10:1 ratio of people there..so yah investigating is a pain in the *** for the GMs..have enough tickets sent in and theyll assume its likely that whats stated is true ( logically reasonable but some groups are jerks)0 -

This one time, there was this player who refused to leave me alone in pm, after about 10 minutes, said player takes the pm argument to WC. Next thing i know i get other pm saying "leave insert player name here cause they have lots of friends and we will report you for harrassment" i just took a SS of the entire conversation between all the toons b:chuckle[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

I don't know why but this comment made me laugh so hard I started to cry and i'm sorry about what's happening to you OP, hopefully sparkie gets to the bottom of it.

If this is regarding the "lnfestation" account I would advise any GM's interested to not be fooled and make sure this account remains permanently banned until the end of days.
