Problem starting game

I just downloaded the game for the first time using the Arc, (the game is actualy at 75%, but it says its playable) and the lawncher works correctly, but when I click the start button the lawncher closes and I get this error screen:

By the way, im using Virtual-box to un Windows 7 (64) on my mac.

(since the image doesent load you may have to right-click and open in new tab)

    i'm having the same problem except i just did the june 17th patch update and now it's crashing when i click start

    I'm having similar issues getting Arc to run whenever I click it. However, after applying the workaround for the dual-client issues as mentioned here, I was able to launch the game by executing the shortcut. Not a permanent fix, but hopefully it will help until the issues with Arc are resolved.

    If you read the sticky thread I posted, that error is covered.

    Unfortunately, You're not on an OS I really support, and PWE won't touch it.

    Your best bet is to dual-boot and use Windows directly, because getting DX9 to work on an emulated OS is chancy at best.
