WTH is wrong with HT

For 4 year I play my veno/cleric with fun but with the new RA and instance this server started to Stink! WTH is wrong with a first timer who wants to learn the instance? Did we feel so above another, because we own R9/S3 that we dont have time to learn our new players how to run a instance......Hell no we ignore and leave them out......


Well good job HT.....you going to lose more and more ppl if you cant even help another so you can have a great player join you in the new instance ......probley not worth your time to gain more !

    You lost me- What the hell is RA instance? I know about FSP or UCH. Never heard of this RA

    I'm sorry that happened to you. Not all of us are like this. I do feel the rudeness though, a lot of people are only taking RA players for FF too...even though I'm a perfectly fine 90 sin. We need nicer people on our server-- lots of jerks nowadays.

    It happen alot, especially with instances in primal such as FSP or UCH.


    Some reason for this is squad often wanted a fast run, so they only accepted regular runner with OP gear. I have also seen some squad taking in new runner, and depends on the person (understand english, can follow instruction) the run can go smooth, but mostly 80% of the time, the run went terribly wrong.

    But you can try to get into squad and saying you're first time here, some squad can explain nicely. Just look for FSP squad that does not require weapon link, since mostly are average gear player with good playing skill.

    And if you're in faction, try asking one of the member to take you into one.

    Yeah there is nothing overly hard or complicated about any of the new content..just a bunch of people too lazy to explain stuff to anyone..


    One time through with a decent group and you`ll know fsp and uch....gl to you

    And sorry about the Buttheads


    Really..does it take me linking my +12 bow for you to allow me in group..and if it does...do i want to be in your chickenshyt scared group in the first place ?

    4 years of playing:

    TT: First timer - everyone is lucky at gold mats, but me

    Aba: First timer - those fireballs wreck my chars...PVE OP

    FSP: First timer - dat filthy high level instance, is up for half a year as a necessary daily and random ppl don't want to take a chance and risk doubling the time with me

    My guess - UCH: The horror!!!

    Friendlist: Friends are 4 suckers, 4 years of gameplay thought me that, random squads ftw

    PWI Forum: First timer - i come here just to QQ, i don't read the guides, but i like to QQ over being a first timer


    New instance =/= accessible to everyone, gear and knowledge do not matter, can expect to do everything with a dreamchaser gear

    4 years of gameplay & first timer problems = smells fishy

    it always been like that, new things u try with friends or friendly ppl, u read guides or u learn them by hand, and then go random.

    simple search by posts sufficed :D

    Yeah, I know what you mean. I saw such comments similar to this just an hour before maintenance. I still haven't done FSP, and not even near about to do UCH since I'm barely back to 100 - first RA. What sad is because of this said attitude some have just makes it harder on them to find more when they need it when their buddies aren't either up for it or not in the mood for it. How can you expect anyone to learn if you can't help just a little. Just because your gear is strong doesn't mean you can look down on everyone because you reached endgame. And I'm not saying everyone is like that ~ its just discouraging to see (RA Only) on a BH or FF tag.

    Don't tell them your not reawakened if you want to go FF, your going to level either way. Some reawakened people haven't completed there gear anyways.
    New instances you don't know? Jump in, don't say you don't know. Just try to follow and catch on until you figure it out. If you mess up, chances are someone will tell you what you are doing wrong... blame lag. b:victory
    I saw you earlier Sol in game today, ^^ Always see you actually running around arch, ever need help just poke. Get bored anyways don't mind teaching/helping.

    Sad thing is this isn't restricted to Harshlands. I've been rejected on squads too with a G16 +6 fist on Morai. Suppose that teaches me for -not- exploiting the +10 orb at the time - a misstake I shall not make again.

    I personally don't mind first timers, so long as they know how to play their class. It takes two or three runs in an instance before you have a good handle on what's going on. That said, it's a good idea to hit the Wiki up before trying something new, so you have a general idea what's going on.

    I am on HT... Do NOT Apply to those who ask you to link weapon.... Many MANY Squads will take randoms..... Even those first timers with TT 90 gear...... Just be upfront and let them / Us know..... Yes some players are.... time limited I will say, but many of us honestly don't care.

    Personally All those that post " Link your weapon " BS I simply write down the name for later so I can ignore them when I Am geared....

    A thing to remember in FSP, DEFENSE LEVELS. I had 5 runs without dying, Didn't realize my Omailey's had run out, Died to toads AOE :( With blessing no issue....

    Advice, Get S2 gear at least and + 3 refines..... That should help survivability if out of heal range, S3 better... HP Shards of course to help with HP, and stay buffed.... If your not tank stay back and try to range or avoid direct hits....
