NOT fixed. (And its 60 messages, one message per second for 60 seconds btw, not 200.) Also no change to the Warsoul Tag crafting time which is 1 second anyway btw.

    This issue is back ingame again and spams after the 'City of Abominations' ('Fighters of Abominations') event ends on Wednesday evenings. This WAS fixed a while ago.. but it is currently back to spamming world chat (and has been for a few weeks now).
