weird message when pressing "start?"

So after I open pwi and it does it updates and does its thang, I pressed start and this showed up:

anyway, I dunno why that showed up or what it means. I pressed "no" and it opened the game up and everything seemed to run fine.

So, does anyone know what it means? d;

also, idk if this is the right place to post this XD
