Full Delta rewards

Today I did a full Delta, and noticed the quest with the waves mentioned wasnt in my quest list and I got no rewards for finishing a stage (fragments and exp). Anyone else familiar with this?

    Did you enter late or have squad leader DC/trash quest or get DC'd yourself or dropped squad at any point or anything of the sort?

    Cause there's a lot of things that can cause you to lose that quest and when that happens no reward for you. :/

    this is one of the reason why many people hate doing full delta. leader dc and quest fail is just too much, especially after 1 hour in the instance.
