    Uhm... no, it isn't. Instead of forcing Arc down everyone's throats like a ****, we should be allowed to redeem the code(s) via pwi.perfectworld.com/facebook like the old days.

    ... Congratulations on completely missing the point of what I was saying about them creating Arc.

    Plus Arc is better for blessings anyway. No limit and it doesn't spam people's facebook walls now. You literally managed to pick the one thing Arc is better with as your issue. XD

    Agreed. Even if I have to launch Arc just to get blessings (otherwise I don't find it useful and my PC doesn't have enough RAM anyway to let it run), I find that better than the FB system (I didn't use it except to get blessing which was annoying)

    I have been trying for weeks now and Arc will not give out blessings. All i get is "check internet connection" error messages. Which i know for a fact that i don't have problems because i can play PWI and access the internet in every other way except with the game.
    I tried to send a ticket for this.....and guess what!....Stupid Arc is giving me an error message and cant access it to get this stupid issue resolved!
    There was one thread that suggested using Arc Repair. I did that but I am still having the same results and errors.

    FIX THIS DAMN PROBLEM!!!!

    yes I am pissed that after several updates...nothing has been done to resolve this!

    ^This right here! I'm having the same issue. I click on my name and the only options I get in the drop down is My Account and Sign out. Yes, yes and YES my ARC is updated and no, not getting any errors just no option to redeem key. Anyone out there have any ideas what this could be? Or..not be? O.o

    Wasn't this a "selling" point of ARC? To not have the same problems as the old way of submitting codes to receive things? Seems like the took the old buggy system and added it directly to ARC.

    I just copied and pasted ur code into my Arc and it worked just fine. Not sure what problem u r experiencing.

    I'm unable to redeem codes at the moment as well (never had this problem before, have gotten plenty of Jones and O'Mallys), hope it resolves by tomorrow. b:sad

    I had this problem too. Solved by going to "redeem code" then "view redeemed" This action made me re-login and suddenly it worked. Worked for my gf right after too.

    close arc down and rstart it so it can update..old code works fine!
