Yup, login timing out for me too...even if I bypass Arc.

If I try a few times it very slowly logs in...so maybe just be persistent but does seem like there is some kind of problem. Web browsing and other internet connectivity fine on my machine and tracert to the server seems fine too...

You should have post in the Technical Support Zone, cause in the general section with that title people will probably not check thinking you posted that during the maintenance or something like that.

Maybe try to pm a mod and ask to get the thread moved in the Technical Support Zone.
