Problem with Pre-paid cards

purchased as normal from retailer ,card was swipe and paid for, bring it home enter the code as normal, this time saying card not found . this makes two times that i loose money on this game PWI owes me 40 dollars, thrown 1 card away and just eat the lost ,but this time I buy another Ultimate Game Card 20 dollar value. saying the same thing what's going on.

    You'll have to submit a ticket and take it up with those folks there. There's not much else the people on the forums can do for you aside from offering our condolences.

    Ok disreguard ppl , keeping looking on... but if u get pre-paid cards ..dont click the pre-paid icon ,just click the amount then go from there... to many clicks, i like the old way it was, Arc (****- up).
