Hi im a customer i actualy spend money on this game.

During one of your promotions i spent money with the purpose of geting event gold.

i notice mostly all itemes are binded to your acount which i think is bad and there isnt much in the event gold shop.

but you did have silver charms why are they gone the green charms are useless to high level toons and need i remind you the people who have high level toons do the most shoping for refinement orbs rank gear and rep.

so why would you perty much rob me me by pulling a bait and switch and upseting the person that has a debit card ?

you should be adding more stuff to event gold shop to promote sales as a thank you not slaping me in the face with hey thanks for your money and now we remove things that are useful.

i have 35 event gold can i contact customer service and get my silver hp charms that way or do you intend to anienate and upset a paying customer?

    We desperately need cashers to be able to buy a "Forums for Dummies"-manual from Boutique, give it a nice high price since they'll buy it anyways.
