What is this whole primal skills and stuff that keeps being mentioned on the forum?I haven't played for a while,so how do you unlock/upgrade these new types of skills?

    You have to be reawakened (to get access to Primal World) and collect enough bloods (from Raccoon Village dailies and Undercurrent Hall) to make the skill books.

    No. You need to be level 100 but no need to have complete your culti. I did the culti99 for my barb after the first reawakening.

    Re-awakening is possible for chars at 100. Celestial culti is not needed for RB (rebirth is what many say). I don't know the minimum culti, if any.

    Not really, reawakening means going back to level 1 again.
