Password Help?

Okay I don't know what the deal is but I can log onto the arc website with my information just fine, Then when I go to the arc client it auto signs me into perfect world so i dont have to worry about logging in. However when ever i go to logout of pwi then type in my username and password it says incorrect. This password and username are for sure not incorrect! Any help?

    Happen to be using any non-standard characters in your password?
    If it's not a character on a standard US-101 key keyboard, it won't work for you typing it into the client.

    Nope everything is standard thats why i don't understand why it tells me that its wrong

    Sounds like you may want to send in a ticket on it then. I would try verifying the files a few times first after you've ensured that they are excluded from your AV scans.
