Not very good on m or p def though (robe), and I wonder what the proc rate is on the wep...

Not sure if blind or trolling, but those are GM items, nothing to do with Rank gear.

Anyway for those people on private servers who keep saying that there is R10, posts some specs to back it up? (required rep, wep/gear screenshots, stand-alone gear or r9r4?)

Those so-called r10 gears on p-servers are probably the Chinese r9r3 ones

The more they add the more ****ty the game becomes.

But for once, they did something about right: Add war avatars, spirit atribute, boundary levels.

This aids a lot on game's progression, gives a smooth way to make your character stronger every day, you feel the challenge of FSP every day but you also feel the reward of getting slightly stronger each and every day.

That is the way to go.

About gears? R10 would be a complete finishing move to the game, a killing blow to take PWI down once and for all.
