anyone else having trouble with Hydra Knight Hsu quest?

is there a specific level you have to be, or is there a quest im missing in the chain that brought me to hydra knight that OPENS THE ABILITY to talk his wives? i put in a ticket, so i expect to hear nothing useful from them. when i put in a ticket for the in game macro program, they sent me links for in game strategy.

    Its bugged. I created 3 barbs and on each one it bugged on same quest. I didnt put in a ticket because i didnt want to wait weeks on a lvl 3 barb. I had deleted the first 2 barbs but kept the last one I made. Accumulated the amount of aqua metals i wanted to get the cuddlesworth and left the area.

    Starter areas really need to be POLISHED. and this isnt. It doesnt seem to be bugged on some other classes though. I had much better experience outside the starter area and the items you get from the chest in upper left corner have been really good so far. My barb is lvl 35 now.

    Do the very bright purple quests when the come available. You get some really nice gear to carry you along.
