zen trouble

I redeemed 8000 Zen but when I try to move it to pwi none of my characters show up why and anyone know a tip for me

    1).Make sure you characters are level 10+.
    2).Refresh the Charge-Zen page if are using ARC.
    3).Clear cache & cookies if are charging Zen through browser.
    4).You can also try swapping browser it might work for you.

    If nothing works Submit a Ticket to the billing team.
