Updated Nation Wars maps

So it was mentioned in the patch notes that we can now choose to see dead or high scoring players. Which at first makes no sense, because we didn't see players on the map before. But now we can, including the enemies. This is also including stealthed enemies. Really? Why would you put in something so broken and useless? If the other team isn't guarding their crystals that's their fault. I also shouldn't be able to know when a stealth sin is stalking me when I have the flag. Now, unless the intention was to only see allies, fine that's a good addition, but we shouldn't be able to see enemies on the map.

    I don't mind it. I think it's useful.

    Just don't implement a similar thing in the TW map.

    ...I like it~ Its easier to hunt down roaming foes on the larger maps and keep track of your allies' position.

    See high scoring players = sin nerf. Ppl should be happy b:laugh

    More seriously, I'm not sure if I like it. It takes away sneaky tactics, against and by my side, which I think is a pity. That allowed to win vs those really OP squads even if head on there was no chance. That is theory though. Most of the times I doubt ppl will actually check unless they have nothing to kill.

    When I saw it I found it distracting.
    The information it gives me doesn't really effect the way I play the game, though I see how it potentially could. However I pretty much only use the map to see where the flag carriers are, so most of the time it wouldn't effect me.
    I might not mind it -so- much if the little circles didn't flash like raving fireflies.

    Thankfully, they thought to include in the new map style 2 checkmark boxes that you can uncheck to remove this information if you choose to do so, which I did as soon as I saw them XD. Do it once, and the setting carries over through the entire NW, which is also good.

    I agree, I don't think it's fair to be able to see enemy players on maps. Unless you're running around staring at the map, I don't think it'll do much good overall. Plus it only shows a few people; I was busy so I didn't count, but I think it was maybe only 4ish dots for both sides, so that doesn't really give a good idea where the majority of the 20ish possible people on the enemy side are, but I guess if you're trying to avoid the highest scoring (aka the most op) it's semi-useful, but still then you spend most of your time looking at the map, and running into rocks XD

    It could be ok if they changed it so you could only see your teammates on the map, and all of them, not just the highest scoring. Could lag the map a bit I guess if the battle is full, but lag is a respected institution, and they can manage it in TW maps more or less, so I feel like that'd be a happy medium.

    I suppose only time will tell but I don't like it right now.
    Just don't implement a similar thing in the TW map.

    I mean we already have minimap, T, tab, squad communications (voice chat), battle chat, nation chat etc, but no that's not enough here have some Enhanced NW Radar b:surrender
