Is there an option other then "don't display these for today"? Preferably a "don't display any kind of this popup, especially while I'm in the middle of an instance with a ton of things going on, where a distraction can mean that I die"?
Seriously PWI. If I wanted to buy dreamcatcher scrolls, I'd buy them BEFORE entering BH Eden, not in the middle of a bloody bossfight. Popups are annoying. If this is the way this game and organisation is going, I will not be playing any of your games much longer.
Learn from AltaVista... Once the biggest searchengine on the net. Then they forced popups whereas google didn't...

I don't get pwi's logica in this at all:
over 5 years old game, everyone knows about the guardian scrolls, WHY after 5 years of gameplay make an annoying tutorial-like pop-up that applies to every character uncaring for it's age in the game, for an item that's almost obsolete for PvE servers and who-ever needs them has had them already, for years.
Remove the popup, permanently. Just like that annoying pop-up for new players when they level up: "don't show this again upon leveling"
Make the same option for the guardian scrolls: "Don't show this again when I'm already dead"b:bye0 -

A friend was dueling me today and... When I had just the tiniest bit of HP left, that thing popped up out of nowhere, spooking me.
How dares it scare the scary fox?
Anyway, I agree it is annoying. No need to put advertisements about things everybody already knows about. If somebody doesn't have said items in their inventory, it might be because they don't need/want/afford... Not because they don't know it existed.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

It auto-buys when you click the icon? **** that stuff the icon is huge and already have to focus just to click that "don't remind me for today"-checkbox.
Remove any and all pop-ups implanted in the game since this update.
They are unwanted, unhelpful, obstructing, distracting and a lousy attempt at getting us to waste our small pockets of gold. They also pop-up in Flowsilver Palace when doing Axes on Toadboss. Just let me rightclick the item in inventory and not have that damn unremovable icon floating around my screen when I have to click on the ground to pick one axe up and not waste my axe, **** up the boss and making the entire squad getting killed because axes are out of their timing thanks to clicking that pop-up that even disappears/reappears when you're stunned...0 -

I don't actually play anymore, but are PWI seriously throwing advertisement pop-ups out mid-game now? I did enjoy the game once, but every time I look by, something else unbelievably ridiculous has been introduced. It sounds like PW's an absolute joke now. b:chuckle0 -

I probably won't be impacted myself since I always have dolls on me (if ever it happens in NW/TW...) but I know people that not only were distracted by the po-up but who also pressed the button, buying items they don't want.

And that's what exactly happened to me... I was in the middle of a chaotic battle, the popup appears and BAM! Dead because I was distracted from clicking on the pot in time0 -

we know you want to make money and we know we have to pay the "price" for playing a free to play mmo but this doesnt just show a totaly new level of greed, it is also very distracting, annoying and it happens at the worst possible times.

We understand that Devs, GMs etc dont do this for fun and wanna be paid, so do i when i go to work, but... seriously? THIS?!
I´ve been playing for the longest time and seen alot happening with this game, usualy im not too worried or upset, things come and go, they change, we get used to it and even tho we will most likely get used to this one too, this really pushes my buttons.
My Wallet will stay closed for a while now, thats for sure. Wouldnt wanna risk accidently hitting the button and buying a scroll for that price. lol0 -

Ever heard of new players? They don't know these stuff (yet). Maybe wanting it gone it's just a cliché opinion among veteran players who forget noobs exist.

That's what loading screens or "guide avatars" like that little veno are for. Pop ups to buy things for new players is actually more horrid then for the old players.0 -

b:surrenderOk if having to now play on arc wasn't bad enough, now lets add pop ups to ruin playing even more. Seriously, after 5.5 years playing this game and becoming more and more disapointed, I think this has just iced the cake. b:angry I loved this game from the beginning and after we added sins and psys I thought whoot this can only get better. However, after that point I think PW decided that instead of making a "FREE TO PLAY" game really free, its now a Pay to play. No matter what anyone says...how they farmed for r9 gear and blah, blah, blah. The pop ups which appear right over the mob I was about to click but then hit purchase instead because of it, only shows that it is now a money hungry game. b:shutup I have the cleric no exp loss skill so that is the dumbest thing to appear. And even if I was on one of my other toons that distraction would mean the difference between life or death. Keep your damn gardian scrolls... I don't want them and wouldnt give you another dime until you fix this ****. Why not focus on things like the reawakened letter quest that has been broken...or one of the many glitches in the game.
I don't like ARC nor do I want to play on it and I shouldn't be forced too. Dumbest thing pwi has ever done...but, i am sure its only to help them make more money. b:sad0 -

Agreed. This method covers part of the screen and are a big distraction. In my case it covered part of my skill bar. The loading screens text I find hard to notice. Sheomay is very handy, unless the person turns it off (their fault then). The pop-up might also be a mean to get more income. I wonder how does a new player feel when they struggle to buy hypers, struggle to get to lv 100 and gear up and discover they need to do all that twice again.
Really a real NEW player would feel extremely unconfortable with how broken this game is, there MAY be new players, but they won't stay for long. Most the current player base is made of folks who started here YEARS ago when the game wasn't that broken, so they had some reason to stay for a while.[S.E.V.C.H.E.N.K.O]

Get to mirage sky X for spirit
do FSP for cards
Nuemas/Meridians
go do an instance rarely anyone runs to get the base gear for endgame
Either Lvl crafting or pay someone to make it all g16 and hope to not get scammed
spend a month in each Morai faction for skills
DO UCH which less and less people are doing for skill upgrades
