Normal state of earning?

What does this entail? The class bubbles in the squad pop-up contains a small chest that says "This teammate is now in the normal state of earning" and I'm fairly certain that it hasn't existed before this patch and the patch notes didn't explain what it is, or even mention it.

Also, what's the deal with the bogus title quest that pops up when you log in?

    It's actually not new, it's was only disabled so that's why you couldn't see it.

    Most likely, the "normal state of earning" alert is just a leftover from China that they forgot to remove. China has a set amount of time where one can receive drops. It was turned off in previous patches, but someone didnt bother this time. It'll go away eventually. Or not.

    Stumped on why we have the weird pseudo-title quest, though.

    we have it too but only in primal world, (8 hours a day iirc)

    heard its also active in morai. not sure if that is true or not yet tho.

    I believe the normal state or earning has to do with the primal world as the "state or earning" changes depending on the amount of mobs you kill there
