I've tried to contact PWI regarding information on how to choose a faction icon. Unfortunately it hasn't gone through because I always get these notifications that it's been delayed. I don't know if the email host has anything to do with it, but I'm using gmail. Does anyone have any ideas why I can't send them an email?

And as for the support page, doesn't work for me and someone once said it may have something to do with the browser. I am currently using firefox. If it does have something to do with the browser, does anyone know of a good browser I can try? If it has nothing to do with the browser, or if I try using a different browser and it still doesn't work, I will post a screenshot of the "Unable to redirect" error msg I get every time I try using the support page. Thanks for your reply.

    Best bet is using a different browser and/or clearing your cache.
    Chrome is the browser that the majority of websites are designed towards, and only a few contain compatibility code for FireFox/Opera. (In the past, many of the PWI sites have had many issues with FireFox/Opera)

    As for not being able to send an e-mail, where are you getting the delayed message received from? That's pretty strange. I can see where the Support team would reply that there is a delay in response time because of the flood of tickets those poor people are getting right now.

    This is the msg I get. Is that the correct email address or am I doing something wrong? Also, it is with my registered email. If someone can help me figure this out I'd appreciate it.

    Recently PWE has changed there Customer Support email address when they introduced ARC.
    It's pwe1@mailmw.custhelp.com & customerservice@perfectworld.com (old). Try them see if it works or not.
