As many of you, also I had the reedem code issue, that your character does not appear on the reedem page, Now instead of making 548958494 threads and posts about it, read 1 time the following respond I had from the support team.


Quote from support team:

"Normally, newly created characters shows up on the database after 24 hours. If your character already reached the 24 hour period and still unable to select it on the redeem keys option, please let us know so that we can take action."




Quote from the Perfect World Support group after i replied to the quote above:

"Regarding your Jones Blessing redemption, I have escalated this ticket to the next tier for further investigation. Please be patient as they will update this ticket once their investigation is complete. If the issue has been resolved before their investigation is complete, this ticket can be closed at any time."


I advise you to wait just like i am doing now which is waiting and let them solve it.

And STOP making 548494 theads about it ty.

    Also a complet wipe and fresh new pwi and arc and reg clean does not help and i wiped all traces before downloading it all over algain including previous ones in other folders.

    save some of your time plain and simple its broke

    Fyi still not fix maybe we should had made thousands of posts about it rather then sweeping it under the rug like it wasnt ergent to you but sure is to the new guy starting out and im sure i dont just speak for myself.

    not to mention posting a new redeem code and not being able to use it very frustrating.

    I find it strange i can use my debit card for your ingame shop recive e-mails about activating my acount to buy stuff with my debit and playing the game yet my charcter does not exsist when trying to redeem a code that you put out there?

    very disatified customer and pleas dont hide behind the game is free it isnt if i had purchesed something with real money there for right to complain if i never spent a dime then yes it is free shouldnt complaine.

    That being said i will be with holding from spending my money on something so bugy untill i see postive changes till i feel the investment i make with my debit card is worth it.

    You being able to Cashshop and having activate mail is mainly because these are account settings that are applying to every character you have ingame.

    The reedem code is something that needs to be specificated to a certain character which requires more from the database.. Ofcourse when the database doesn't update automaticly anymore, there is an issue and most likely the issue is bigger then you making a Database on localhost :)

    thats strange im not computer savey at all but doesnt the database up date every 5 seconds all charcter data stored on server right?

    I notice older acounts do not have this issue how ever acounts made threw arc client has this issue right or am i presuming to much?

    arc client is small i thought.

    so is arc client have issues updateing the data base with newly created charcters threw itself

    meaning nothing is wrong with data base updating but comunication threw arc client and the data base?

    srry i dont know all this technical stuffs with out and hard facts its just a observation?

    Unfortunate it's an easy one. Go to http://pwi.perfectworld.com/facebookand select your blessing.

    Yes its as simple as that. I would refuse arc until it would really improve gaming/gaming quality.


    Due to their what-so-called "will send you to arc". Add ABP to your browser and block the redirect. Yes, its as simple as that. You'll still need to log your facebook and "only" 1blessing a day. But since you multi anyways, I bet you have atleast 2facebooks b:bye

    It seems that whatever they did to fix the problem, has now created the problem for me lol. My characters aren't new, yet most of them don't show up on the list under server. Bleh.

    Not just you but many users are having this issue including myself. Let's see when the web designers are gonna fix this .     b:cry

    link doesn't do anything, won't load, when I try to redeem key it just times out??

    nice job guys, can the programmers do anything without **** something else up?
