Unable to change password

OK pwi. I submitted a ticket for this and you say its because of my spam filter. well, I am receiving all other emails from you how come not this. O and I used the old website in compatibility mode to reset my password so why is arc not working to reset it. Arc site is not sending the emails. Now fix it and stop telling people to make sure its added to the list and not in spam filter. I had plenty of people try and the only way to receive the email is to use an account from an ISP, example cox.net, verizon.net work but yahoo.com and gmail.com is not working. Still not working PWI. Thanks for closing my ticket for nothing. Fix it.....

    BTW. I cannot respond via email to their response because I never got the email. I checked support ticket 140326-001638 and saw a response. isn't that fun. I did get the email when I ran pwi.perfectworld.com in IE compatability mode and successfully changed the password from pwi website. just not able to do it using arc site.
