I hope once dev team consider about upgrade/change old or pretty useless skills, i give few suggestions:

Sage effect on Glacial Snare and Divine Pyrogram
Sage version curses the target for 15 seconds, reducing its Fire Resistance by 20%
Sage version chills the target for 15 seconds, reducing Water Resistance by 20%.
New:
- Reason: it was created before Udine Strike and can't stack with it, also if we use it 1st then Udine not overwrite it, its mean make really bad starter skill our 2 nuke skill
- i would replace with increase water / fire damage on target by 5%
- or +1.2k fire/water damage
- or reduced casting time a bit
- or gain more chi, anything only not that bad effect

- Reason: way outdated skill, without S card in endgame make less than 20% dmg boost with maxed S cards even less, not like when was created, was made for make wizz balanced like other caster
- 30m range (27m pretty odd)
- replace 60% defence reduction to 25-35% amplify water/fire/earth damage depend on caster soulforce in pvp and in pve 50% amplify (this make wizzard viable vs primal casters in dd)
- make defence reduction apply on primal passive and on defence from stat too not equipment defence only
- 35m range but no damage with skill only debuff

- Reason: who try know how mini boost now also not stacking with sage wellspring or with spark burst or with mattack buffs
-change to 5min duration
-make class deal +7% more dmg on anytarget or +8 attack level for 30second

Etherblade's first conclave of wizards developed this spell during

Unleash a powerful wave of ice for 12 seconds. The wave pulses every
3 seconds, hitting all enemies within 12 meters. Has an 80% chance to
freeze targets in an Ice Prison for 2 seconds, dealing 130% base magic
damage. Ice Prison stacks with the stun status and the Occult Ice spell.

- Reason: skill a bit less effective compared with any 2 spark skill because don't grant 100% stun or long stun, with mini 2 sec stun what not sure in pvp absolute very easyly breakable mainly since target must stay 3sec aswell in melee range, so even he get stuned somebody with this skill but u reicive ANY kind of stun/seal/sleep then already skill effect over when u able to cast anything, so most of profit in PvE aoeing, like tm run etc, skill look funny etc but too much 2 spark for it
- reduce spark cost to 1 spark

- Reason: cooldown too high for minor damage and effect for 30 sec also cost spark
- Reduce cooldown to 3 min

Area increases with level.

- Reason: Dot damage outdated (but i don't want op dmg just a bit boost what depend on gear now and not only fixed number)
- only make base mattack or equipment depend dot, so not fixed.
Frostblade (Level 10)
Range 28.5 meters
Mana 450
Channel 0.8 seconds
Cast 1.0 seconds
Cooldown 3.0 seconds
Chi Gained 10
Weapon Unarmed, Magic Instrument
Required Cultivation Aware of Discord
Place an icy sheen on a squad member's weapon,
causing their normal attacks to deal 30% of your
base magic damage as extra Water damage for 15 minutes
Suggestion for new:
- Reason: every class who got magic dmg addon skill get benefit too, wizz no, so could be nice a little buff, or make a bit more effect on it or something what work on self too
- Less mana cost
- Add a minimal damage boost to target caster aswell what not stack with 3rd spark like +30% equipment mattack
- Gain 30 chi when cast
- make it depend on base physical attack like 10-20% base physical attack became water damage addon because eq based buff slowly outdated
- Reduced cooldown to 2 sec

No, no, no.
If Undine needs any change it would only be an increase in the defense reduction (like 80% instead of 60%).
Manifest virtue is already a good skill. It offers a bigger damage increase than Spark Burst and for a longer duration.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
Undine Strike
- There could be a primal version which would reduce defense even more.
- More range? Yes, please. 30m range is enough. More would cause unnecessary running to the target and that would be a huge waste of time giving the target time to counter.
Ice Prison
- Great way for keeping archers near, stopping mobs from running, keeping a few mobs behind while pulling... Uses are many.
- Less chi cost would be great.
NOTE: I've never seen that damage happen.

Hailstorm
- Should give more chi. 5 chi is ridiculous.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Make undike like the genie skill that purges.
We need to PURGE. At least a chance for that.
It is sick how with everybody getting new def skills, us wizards are left to struggle with this debuff.
I have 101 defense levels and 25k hp fully buffed and 39k pdef. A similar assasin(JOSD) deals about 78k dmg to me just with 3 spark elimination.0 -

Undine strike
-30 mtr would be nice.
-i would either add from 60% to 80% or give the skill base magic damage, so we can use it to tick m.def charms at least
Ice prison
-reduce cost to 1 spark
Manifest Virtue
-reduce cooldown to 3min, or make 90sec duration
Elemental invocation
-make it unpurgable and maybe increasing the effects, they are outdated by now

-doesnt need change
Hailstorm
-Maybe adding a bit more damage, but overall is fine
And i would like to add:
Soporific whisper
-1min cooldown
Sand miasma
-reduce 10% crit chance (5 is stupid now with everyone having 30% + crit)0 -

wow, archers\barbs\bms\sins have 20% chance per second to purge
fist chance is 10%, undine chan+cast is 2 seconds

+1 about undine not being amp but more like instead 60% debuff, it should be 130% or even more now (since passives reduced undine efficiency by 56%, therefore the debuff at high resistances value is negligible considered the resistance iperbolic curve trend)
with a 155 dex genie and undine spark i am still not able to reduce target fire res under 60% value (6000 el res value), and that's pretty ****
they should make spark scale better with genie dex like instead of 0.7% + 30% should be like 1,4% +30% (for the same reason of undine)
hailstorm should give the chance of occult ice effect in my opinion + water dot, just suits it imo :P

I dont want an OP toon that wins battles for me, there are seekers and psys for that.
Wizards dont really need to purge people to win a 1 vs 1
Undine with 130-150% would be too OP and tbh, would be easy to kill anyone, u wouldnt need much effort. making spark a bit more powerfull, or undine, yes, but not both or for such a high increase
Hailstorm having occult ice effect might be a bit too much, unless it lasts like 2 sec, in which case, no much use for that, we already have the amazing 5sec seal and 4 sec sleep lol
Stone barrier with SoS effect is just stupidly OP, and unnecesary.
If they really want to give wiz a boost, just add us a 30min 30att level buff, like seeker have def one, and we are even with rest of classes b:laugh0 -

prolly you missed the part where i said that with a 155 dexterity genie spark + undine (almost 200% fire resistance debuff) i reduce my target fire damage reduction by 20ish% (from 21k to 6k)
silence on hit is legit since we are kind of always on self buffs while target on full buffs,
hailstorm with CHANCE of occult ice effect (thats 33% chance)
an undine with 130% debuff will reduce target's elemental damage reduction by smt like 10%
go test such debuff on buffed + primal def skill target and you will see this numbers...
if you've not experienced very endgame pvp you cant understand what i am talking about
at that point LAs have 25k elem res HAs around 21k and AAs 30k+... enough saidmypers.pw/1.7/#123510

My wishlist.
1. Frozen Flame, replace the stun with the frozen status (like on ice prison). 20s CD
2. BIDS + Mountains seize merge. Replace stun with frozen effect again, would be pretty powerful to have an AoE amp that doesn't require to be in close range, 4.5s channel 1.6 cast
Idk about the damage. Demon version has 5m more range and a bigger aoe radius. Sage version has a 50% chance to increase crit rate by 35%
3. Upgrade hailstorm, 15 chi. 50% to freeze regarding of culti. Sage version has a 20% chance to stun for 3s, demon has a 33% chance to give 35 chi
4. D-pyro upgrade. Sage now has a 20% chance to give 50 chi (I hate how the current fire debuff doesn't stack with undine), demon still has faster cast and a 30% chance to inflict burning.
5. Upgrade blade tempest, higher damage and a 20% to paralyze targets for 3.5s. Demon version has a 33% chance instead, sage version has a 60% chance to cost 1 spark
6. Demon stone rain now has a 25% chance to paralyze targets for 3s0 -
Guess it is obvious that wizard skills need a rebalancing of sorts.0

This is one of the stupidest threads I have read. Wizards are one of the most powerful classes in PvP and you want more power. Never going to happen and never should. Wizards can kill any endgame class without too much effort. Genie spark is amazing and so is undine. You hit like trucks, have stone barrier so you are indestructible, and have purify spell which makes you unstunnable. What more do you want? A move that one hits every single player on the server? Replacing a stun with freeze? Sorry, but... Are you out of your mind? Why would prevent someone from moving be better that prevent them from attacking? Unless you prefer a frozen archer shooting arrows on you.

if you are a jaded buffed sage sin you can allow yourself to do that as long as you want lol especially against slow casters \ non purge classes as wizards are
if you are a deity sin it wont even matter since you hit 13k eliminations on our full buffs while we gonna hit sin back for 6-8k crits at bestmypers.pw/1.7/#123510

I dont disagree wizards are good, but we dont hit as hard as we are supposed to, if wizards are **** you, maybe you need more m.def, but is not nice that our 2 debuffs got seriously nerfed.
About skills, if u read my previous post and learn about wizard skills, i dont want any hugh power boost, just less cooldown or chi cost on some skills so they are spammable.
P.S: for the wizards complaining on sins, go demon, get good p.def ornaments or refines and they are not so hard. Im not endgame but have decent refines, and my p.def self buffed is 28k and fully buffed 40k, so noone hits me for that much unless u count debuffs, zerk and all that ofc.0 -

i doubt anyone from endgame geared/or know the game people think this seriously what u wrote
not on everything, but on this i agree with HotXx, u can have any pdef
dieing easily from deity sin or from 3rd spark zerk crit, well i still could live with this, but makeing **** damage with dph class, what hit slow/got slowest heal/less active defence is non sense because wizzard was created for make strong slow skill, not 1 hit the SAME geared peoples but atleast scare them with dmg, so how it was before New Horizon Patch or before rising tide patch0 -

Frozen Flame: Single hit OR 15 sec cooldown
Sandfall: 300% weap dmg on the initial hit instead of 200%
All ulties: Extra 100% weap dmg
MS: 0.5 sec less channel
Blinding Blaze: Unpurifyable
Hailstorm: Gives more chi (lol really 5 chi? F-ing ridiculous)
DB: Ticks every 2 secs
Elem Invocation: 3 min cooldown, chi burn effect can co-exist with Veno curses.
Manifest Virtue: 2% OR 3 min cooldown
Ice Prison: 1 spark cost
Elem Shell: Adds wood defense as well, 25% chance to purify
FoW: 1 sec less cast time (do not confuse with channeling time)
Arcane Defense: Can be refreshed
Quaff: 50 chi cost
Sleep: 1 min cooldown
Shrink: Tidal effect while leaping
Dew: 1 sec less chan
Miasma: 10%
Sutra: Demon/Sage versions: 1 extra second vs chance to cost 1 spark
Genie Spark: 25mt range
And that would be all And really, if you think about it, they're all very fair and reasonable small tweaks that would boost Wizard performance just a bit, aiming for balance without ending up broken, or hell, even coming close to what other classes have -.-
And if i could add a personal wish, that would be an extra ranged AoE without chi cost, similar to Hailstorm in damage but with some kickass flashy laggy animation b:dirty0 -
big yes to the extra free aoe since we had 3 free aoes and we lost one (emberstorm) with new update
but for the 100% weapon damage thing... it wont matter it will be like 75% of 3000ish more damage its almost nothing
i would like frostflame like a single hit with same damage output

I dont think anyone will even read this. To be honest, people who designed this game dont seem to even play it. Their beta testers on their test server must be high non stop. I really dont understand how they come up with great things like:

The Frostblade is unique skill, a buff what absolute useless to caster, example cleric mattack buff usefull for cleric too, strength of titan usefull for caster barb too, fire arrow on archer usefull (low effective now but atleast work for autoattack) for archer too but frostblade aboslute useless for casters, neither any minor advantage and also damn low effective now on melee too in pvp since too high the magic ressistance to everybody, to be honest, with 2k-3k weapon dmg if we divide it to half (50% weapon dmg) then divide by 4 because pvp penalty then calculate the 80%+ magic ressitance than what left?
50-75 bonus damage? seriouslyi want that blue dragon to deal 320% base magic damage as elimination do for sins
anyway i added to whislist the our 2 nuke skill sage effect what not stack with udine0
