Having Issues with Arc

I have installed Arc a while ago. I believe it was over two years ago, because i was having issues with the patcher. It wouldn't install properly or patch the game, so i downloaded arc to try installing it through arc and it worked wonders. I actually patch my client through arc every time theres an update. I dont mind arc, and I'm not here to complain about having to download it. My problem is that it does not seem to recognize one of my characters. I have a screenshot here where Im logged in at the character selection screen in the background while Im logged in on Arc on the same account trying to redeem a code for a Blessing. http://tinypic.com/r/muxsg2/8

As you can see, Jannali, the character I actually play is not in the list of characters recognized by Arc. However, there's an additional character named BlueSeekr, not on my character selection screen because I had deleted that character about 2-3 weeks prior to me taking this screenshot.

With the upcoming changes, requiring arc to receive blessings and such, how can I get arc to recognize my character? If the blessing page on the old website is taken down ill be at a loss on how to get blessings, and I cant redeem codes such as the dreamchaser pack, or whatever it was called. Im sure anything to do with arc probably wont work for me until I get this fixed.

I had submitted a ticket already to customer support, not expecting much. The reply I received pretty much met my low expectations. I'm paraphrasing but they essentially said, "Sorry, but you are screwed. Just hope it gets fixed in an upcoming update or something. Bye." So now I'm asking here as I generally find much better solutions from the PW community than I do from Customer Support. Is there anything I can do to get my character recognized by Arc?

    soo, its been almost a week since the arc integration, and i still have my problem. Is anyone able to suggest anything I can do or if I really have to wait for arc to update, does anyone have any idea on average how long that would take? can I expect it to likely be done within a month? Any information or suggestions would probably be helpful. :(

    I don't know of any solutions, however you can always send tickets to customer support, or you can also poke a GM with a private message here on the forum (Try to just poke "sparkiesoft" though, he is the community manager).

    A "Now" solution would be to get an Account Stash. Blessings are stashable.

    You need to wait from 5 to 7... years... for your character to appear there.

    I have a lot of very old accounts/characters, had no trouble finding any of my characters on Arc.

    And who do you poke if you don't have the disc space to download arc? it says I need arc to log on and that's BS game was working fine till I logged off.

    I have exacly the same issue as you have with the new character i made on Morai, I already have send in a ticket and my ticket has been moved to the higher ups so they can take a look on it as this goes above the regular support member since this is a technical issue that only the devs could fix on large scale.

    Quote from support team:

    "Normally, newly created characters shows up on the database after 24 hours. If your character already reached the 24 hour period and still unable to select it on the redeem keys option, please let us know so that we can take action."


    I advise you to wait just like i am doing now.
