+10 orb used, ref fails, orb gone

Ok, I have problem here.

I just bought two +10 orb from boutique and +8 orb from catshop.

I used +8 orb to ref my cape from +7 to +8, works fine.

Then I use +10 orb to ref it from +8 to +9, when I hit refine, it said fails.

My cape still +8 and my +10 orb gone.

I've tried relogging but it doesnt do anything.

I've tried support ticket page from game using arc thingy, ticket page doesnt show up.

b:angry Don't tell me I just waste 30 gold on a failed refining.

    O_O I've never heard of this happening... You had 2 10* orbs? Refine fails? And now 1 of the orbs is gone and the refine is unchanged? Something like this is usually because of a Chienkun stone, but if that was the case... Why is there a 10* orb missing? b:sad

    I use Firefox and it work for me, send a pm to the CM I guess and if you have SS (I hope you do), include the SS in your pm.

    b:sad Thats the problem, I dont have SS before the incident since I never know that using +10 orb is risky, I only have the SS after the incident with one +10 orb left and a +8 cape after I relogged.

    This has happened to me also. The screenshot after is fine. It will show in your chat window "Dragon orb ocean disappeared" in addition to the "Refinement failed, refinement level unchanged" in the refine window.

    I know at least 1 other person this has happened to.

    The way she say she don't have a SS of that, she tried to relog and then took a SS of her cape at +8 and her inventory with 1 orb.

    then you can always try the support page tho state yiur situations with arguments of what happend and what you did, why you relogged and that you dont have a ss because you relogged.

    Im not sure but I think theyll be able to see in the logs whats happend

    Well, I have contacted support via email with details of what happen including the last scrrenshot of it.
    Waiting for teir reply now, I hope they can solve it b:surrender
