Choosing a best server.

Well I want to choose a server where I can play smoothly.
What is the best server for me to play because I will be living Philippines and also in Canada.
I prefer PvE servers anyways.

    Choose the PVE servers with the lowest ping.

    For West Coast, I would recommend Sanctuary or Heaven's Tear.
    If the East coast, I haven't played there in a while much, but I'd likely choose Raging Tide.

    The only case where I would recommend a PvP server an a game this old is if you have a few thousand dollars you plan on throwing at getting geared up and leveled.

    depends on what part of canada you are in, as for when your in the philipines, play on a philipines server, makes no sense for a person to play on east coast when they live half way across the world...just my opinion
