You can use tienkun stones to transfer refines, sockets and/or gems. Cost can be found on >> this page of the wiki <<. In your case you can choose to keep refine and/or sockets+gems (it's useless to keep sockets only, but I believe to transfer 2 gems you need to transfer 2 sockets even if the new weap is guaranteed 2 sockets already).

Keep in mind you have a fee each recast for the stats. Even if it's not the full cost, it can add up if you're picky. Whether it's worth keeping or redoing, depends a lot on prices of your server. You'll probably end up keeping the +12 but not doing the shards. The soulforce gain from +12 is important on psychics. It's not really a given though.

You should get a screen where you can choose yes/no on transfers and that then gives you the total needed. If you don't have the total stones needed corresponding to your choices, text is red and you can't continue if I recall correctly. If you do have the necessairy stones (or you choose the options giving "no stones required"), you can continue.

It has been a while, so not sure if it changed or something. So if it's not as stated above, I have no idea. Maybe try sending a ticket then...

I'm not really sure why you can't click the yes. Not really like I recast anything recently ... Maybe you got to tick the box on top to proceed. Not sure. You're also far from the needed Chienkun stones.

On the number of stones, you have at each line of yes/no a cost. That's how much it is to transfer that option. So 800 for +12, 213+192 for gems (the 213 is the socket transfer, which is only needed if you transfer gems). The last line will give the total of what you picked "yes" for. That would be 1205 total, which is a lot.

Keep in mind that for each reroll on stats you'll need to transfer again. The cost is lower but still 100 for +12 and 27+24 for gems (see link I put on my 1st post). That really adds up if you are picky on stats.

In most cases, ppl reroll without keeping their gems or refines because at +10 your new weapon will match your old +12 (not sure how true this is with rebirth now). +10 again is just way cheaper then the transfer cost. Gems is usually the cheaper part. On a psychic you will loose a chunk of soulforce though. So if you really want to keep it will majorly depend on prices on your server and personal preference/patience.
