Any ideas?

Does anyone else have this problem? I've tried to report a few players under suspicion and obvious to botting. I tried to email PWI Support but all I've gotten were some notifications that the message has been delayed. I just wish the Support page worked again. It's been a few years the Support Page didn't work for me. It would just say "Unable to redirect" or something like that. I appreciate your replies.

    First thing, what kind of botting are you referring to? Keep in mind PWI has added a function called auto-cultivation. This system is quite frankly a botting system. it goes around killing stuff for you and picking up items. If this is what you are referring to it is perfectly legit and PWI wont do a thing about it even if you do manage to contact them. They incorporated it into the game to be used like that.
    If however the botting you are referring to is someone spamming chat with links, offering free gold or something of that sort, you should take a screenshot and submit it in a ticket. Although it sounds like you are having trouble with getting to the support page, and I'm not sure how to help you there, I can only blindly offer a suggestion. First, I just thought Id make sure you knew about the auto cultivation system in case thats what they were doing. If so contacting PWI support would be a waste of time. Hope this helps.
    Also as for your issue of getting to the support page, saying unable to redirect, you might want to give more details or screenshots. If the issue you are having is what I think it is, have you tried using a different browser? Again I'm not sure exactly what is happening so I cant be of much help, but good luck.
