is there an actual rule against botting certian mobs such as base quest?

    Why would there be? A bot is a bot, just kill a mob that the bot isn't heading towards. You're a human being, a bot shouldn't outsmart or outmaneuver you.

    There isn't, but I don't think those spots are the best ones to get money

    No rule, but when I find bots in those locations, or on culti mobs, I will most certainly mess with them.b:victory

    i personally don't have a problem with it, just some people like the Members of -snip- seem to think it's wrong yet it's ok for their members to bot timed moria mobs....typical

    Is there a rule in my faction? Yep and we will tell our people to move because being a pita to others isn't cool.

    PWI should have programmed in something similar to safe zones for bots where they can't be turned on around daily/quest mobs.

    Trouble is that most botters just love to be a PITA to other people:/

    When I questioned one recently who was killing everything that moved in a BQ area I was told 'I was a noob for not dealing with it', so they obviously think its your fault.

    All they have to do is move a little way away from questing areas but it seems thats way too hard to do.

    R9 +10 - 12 to compensate for their miniscule private parts and they think they own the virtual world by calling simple people that want to quest noobs or something similar, I bot @ mobs rarely any1 even needs but I see far too many people botting precisely in daily areas just to **** other people off, probably getting off like that, who knows, botting should have never existed or it should be removed from morai, primal world and oht and only available in heaven/hell and open world map for let`s say max 2 hours a day per account.

    But really, what base quest mob spawns in such a limited area that a single botter can dominate all of them? Certainly for BQ100, there are enough spawns of sandedge basilisks and chaosand sludgestalkers spread out far enough that I never have a problem getting my kills (or even finding a halfway decent botting spot for myself.) Same goes for BQ90, BQ80... BQ70 might be a problem if there was any interest in botting on the kugalus, or botting in that area.

    As for PKing botters... only works on a PVP server. White named botters are a rare sight on PVE servers.

    It's less about single botters. But on Sanc, the hammer bats have like 7+ people botting there constantly. And the spawn area isn't exactly big enough.

    Same goes for the luminance divines with wraithguards. Two r9rr archers killing everything in sight, with 2 pick up barbs. Try getting a mob there. It's a major pain in the *** unless you're ranged yourself.

    I just tell people to deal with it, how ever when i bot i am at the pc, so if i see someone trying to get mobs i usualy jump up and fly, then land watch them, kill the mob in front of them !!!LOL

    Well, the person I was replying to specified BQ, so I was talking about faction base quests. For Morai, yes, many of the spawn areas are smallish, but for most of them you have a choice of quest target, including quests that don't involve killing.

    BQ mobs depend on base level, high lvl base have dailies in Morai, lower in that desert area and lowest @ snow area, think only 3 overall and yet some *******s choose to bot BQ mobs just cause they can.
