Possible TM Lunar bug?

Before this is moved to the bug report section I wanted to confirm if this was a common bug or not:

- (Almost) every time I enter TM Lunar with my squad 1 or 2 squadmates DC and are unable to force log back into the game: "this account is already logged in" for a minute or two forcing us to restart the dungeon.

- Only part of squad members gets ported from map to map: boss dies, we gather on npc and I TP us to the next. One member doesn't get ported, no medal either: luckily they can still walk to other npc to TP to us but still no medal, also no medal for the next maps for that person in the same run

We run this dungeon in 10min for all 3 maps combined, gold every time if nobody encounters any of those two bugs. Anyone know why this could happen or how we could avoid this? People involved in these matters have steady connections throughout the day, all instances fine: 6 attempts, and 4 of them problematic.
3 different people (I know this actually requires a bunch of traceroutes and what-not but as the DC's are literally with "enter trophy mode, gain [quest] to enter", upon that auto-completing of the quest the person dc'd, resulting in still outside", this seems more like a bugged quest that glitches the person to DC.
Couldn't find a single thread on TM Lunar so trying here.

    I dunno if the squad size makes the difference. With 4 people i had no such problems in many runs.
    Everything i write is from PvE perspective unless mentioned otherwise.

    lunar tm used to be quite gltichy, every second attempt resulted in one or more dc. lately it was quite good. 5 runs in row without an incident is not unusual, but since the expansion came out i didn't do any lunar tm, so maybe it is back. the good rewards are for lvl 150 only anyways and you cannot get the supreme robe either, because tm 69, tm 79, tm fcc have been disabled.

    tm sot or tm aba are far worse tho; it gltiches 9 of 10 attempts. and if by some miracle it will start wihtout dc of any squadmembers, then half of squad won't get the tm quest at all. it has been all reported via tickets and quality corner. tm aba and tm sot is worse than ever. i don't expect any fixes. and as long as people won't make coins by selling tm lunar, sot, or aba runs (like people used to with tm 69 and tm 79m), they won't "fix it" by disabling it either.,

    That pretty much cleared it up ty :P always glitchy then and little use sending even more bug reports for it. I'll try your definetly-reasonable-fix for entering next time :P
    Though one question:
    are you sure you can't get TM lunar -int/-chan robes anymore (checked?) or is that just an assumption because tm69/79 are gone? Cause when I talked with npc last night with some gold medals in inventory it did have an option for "exchanging gold for robes"

    nono, you missunderstood. personally i didn't do lunar tm since the expansion. but lunar tm is still available - for now. as of yet only tm 69/79 have been disabled to prevent people from farming their stuff instead of cash shopping.

    Pretty sure they disabled tm69/79 because with rebirth every bh-run lv60 to 99 would've been a TM-run making the robes flooding the market. (regular reawakened people + 3-4 non-reawakened having to pay for their bh run because too few people to make their own squad would mean a disaster to new players and no longer motivated)
    Shutting those down but keeping TM Lunar open means they remained a rare but not impossible robe.
    I'll update this next week with whether or not the 8 medals got us the capes just so it's 100% guarantee :P

    *update*

    Got the cape, perfectly fine in the same manners as TM69. Unlike 69/79 though can't solo it, will end up silver on last map at best and you need 8x golds for all three maps.

    Might be an idea on where it's bugged, idunno just seemed odd to me.

    In sot and aba the entrance dc bug is easily avoided. We've done it as follows.

    - first, everyone except the squad leader should make his inventory full (just place some stackable random stuff in every free place). No free place shall remain;
    - then everyone, except the squad leader again, opens a catshop;
    - now the squad leader activates tm quest and is TPed inside the instance (since you can't TP while in a catshop, all other squad members remain outside);
    - the others close their catshops and enter the instance individually by using a usual entrance;
    - when and ONLY WHEN you entered the instance, make some free space in your inventory. You'll get the tm item and be once again TPed to the start position (if you just entered that makes no difference, but you better don't do that in the middle of the run). Note that if you free your inventory before you enter, the item will disappear and you won't get any reward.

    I don't know whether this scheme works for Lunar or whether it's worth the effort in this case. The main question is if you'll be TPed to the right map once you got the item or not. The distance from the tm NPC to the entrance is also larger here, but as the time count starts only with the first aggro that may not be a problem.

    That's quite a work-around o.o For TM Lunar last night we did 5 runs in a row, explicitely slapped everyone who moved. Nobody moved as we tp'd in: not a single DC/glitch in all 5 runs.

    it worked like a charm!
    no one got disconnected. sadly only about 1/3 of the squad got rewards in the end. guess we can do tricks and workarounds until we are blue in the face, there always be bugs in this late beta. well, at least no nasty dc anymore! b:chuckle
