how do you pick up the ash at the ignition spot it says invalid device used....no one seems to know so what is the answer? on my seccond rebirtjhlevel 63

    The quest is broken at that point, we are all waiting for the quest to be fixed. Dev's know about it and are working on it but don't have a definite time frame for the fix.
