someone logging in 60 Chars !!!

Today on Server Morai i saw someone logging in 60 or even more Characters !!!

That happens North of the City of Lost (Where Barbs and Vulpes come from) where we can do the Jones Quest for Money.

All standing on same Spot, all have same Guild, all were lvl 80 and all were Mystic, all have same Flyer (upgraded)... oh and they logged one after another.

So in think no one can tell us thats a normal Guild.

Looks for me like one Person created them, possibly to make Money.
Lvl 80 Char gets just for taking the Quest 158.000 Gold so he does it with like 100 Chars so... over 15 Million a Day....


I think someone should have a look at this Guild...Name is -removed-

    As long as he/she/it doesn`t log them simultaneously I don`t think any rules exist how many alts you can have... Heck, people even do BH 100 with at least 20+ chars, I know some.

    I've seen about 10 of them online at the same time but unfortunately I haven't made a shot. =( Without screenshots our words are just air.

    It depends on when he created his accounts. The rules are: you are not allowed to have more than 2 accounts. Unless they have been created before the change of rules.

    "You may only have 2 accounts per person, regardless of how many computers you own.

    There isn't a viable reason to create an excessive number of accounts, so any suspicious activity from now on will be fully dealt with. We aren't going to punish you for having existing accounts prior to this rule, but you can only be online on two at once at the most."

    well I have seen plenty of trains following one toon on bh turn in and to the mysterious old man many times,some one having on 5-6 toons.And sadly its the people with top top gear,in wich most "farmed" r9 was "farmed" coin bot style before this auto cultivation was added.

    PWE rewards cheaters scammers and thieves if you didn't already know. The more reports against them the better the rewards.

    You'd need a lot of ram to have that many clients open. That's about 1gig a piece.

    If you set the settings all the way down you can get away with about 500MB for each.

    This is what the ticket system is for ijs. Submit a ticket about it and list some of the names let PWI deal with it. Although it is amusing to know.

    i dunno b:embarrass if their actually making the effort to lvl 60 whopping characters to 80 and spend the time to log in and out 60+ times..... maybe they deserve that 15m cause they certainly worked for it in my eyes...

    2 accounts allowed per person. Doesn't matter if you're logging them simultaneously. So if they had 60-100 characters that's abviously 6+ accounts, not including their mains.

    Unfortunately, PWI looks at this as 6-10 people actively playing and logging in daily and it looks good for their game statistics, so they don't bother correcting the cheaters.

    At one point on our server most of the catshops near the TT forge were controlled by one person who logged 15-30 catshops continuously.

    What 60 accounts only ? everyone in sanctuary have at least 100 spare accounts thats basicly 10 active people on our server each wiht 100-200 alts

    It's ok. You can have 30 characters per account and log them all at same time b:avoid

    I think 1/3 to 1/4 f the population of catshops are going to remain.

    Or you can just make a fake client that would log 60 toons in with less than 30mb

    Hurr durr ToS, derp derp herp de derp.

    The 2 client rule from a logical standpoint is to prohibit the servers hitting maximum resource usage. I don't see any decent server using 100% of it's resources even if everybody who plays had 5 or even more characters online at any given moment. The player base is decreasing by the minute with people quitting due to terrible/grindy/more cash updates.

    Maybe if the game would live up to modern standards players may return and new players come back to actually put some load on the servers and then it may be a viable rule.

    Any update if those accounts are already banned?

    Is there any official statement of a GM/Support that this (creating many account but not playing them as multiclients) is bannable even tho its not against the current ToS?
