Lost City server issues?

So, ever since approximately 10-11 AM server time this morning, I've been getting kicked off every 2-10 minutes. I've reset my connection, flushed my DNS, changed DNS from Verizon's default to Google's, flushed again, rebooted the computer, rebooted my phone (USB tethered 4G connection), verified the client, and made sure nothing other than PWI was even accessing my network in case Windows Update decided it was going to monopolize my connection for an update. Nothing has alleviated it. About 3 or 4 hours ago, it suddenly stopped and I was able to play for a little while unimpeded. Then it came back after I got out of BH. I also tried logging into the other servers and I had no problems at all playing my characters on Morai or the east coast servers. However, anytime I tried to log LC or the other west coast servers, I was disconnecting left and right. I realize the east coast cluster has been having issues as of late, but is anyone else having issues reaching the west coast cluster, particularly on the east coast?

    Are you still having login issue? I think it's only at your end as there's no such complains from any other users of Lost City server. Check your Firewall & Anti-virus make sure they ain't blocking anything.

    Yes, still having it. It's not been as frequent when I'm not on the main map though. There were a few friends in other guilds that noted a few of their members having issues, but none were having the issue nearly as frequently. My antivirus is set to exclude PWE's directories, but I didn't think about the firewall, thanks for that. I checked and I did indeed have elementclient.exe and Arc already allowed.

    Don't use Norton 360, ZoneAlarm, or Commando firewalls if you want to play the game without lag.

    Aside from that, I'd need a published Speccy log taken when you are having the issue.

    I gave up on ZA about seven years ago when it started making me lag severely in CS: Source. xD

    I managed to hold connection all night while in Reflections, so if this starts back up again, I'll be sure to try getting a Speccy log for you, Sylen.

    Same issue here, not using any firewalls or antivirus, getting dc every 2-10 minuts, and after dc can't login back, in server list all west servers seems as offline, but EU and East servers are ok.

    Just now checked Lost City server, i can log easily & as there's no other complains on the forums so it's pretty much clear there's no problem with the server. Something is wrong at you end.

    1).Run the game with Administrator privilege.
    2).Make sure no other program is conflicting or interrupting with PWI.
    3).Run "Verify" 3 times in a row(it might take some time depending on your system).
    4).Also check your bandwidth speed @ http://speakeasy.net/speedtest/
    5).Make sure that your router has port 29000 open for PWI and for the PWI patcher. Your router's manufacturer's website should have the instructions on how to do this.

    Run a traceroute to PWI servers :-

    1) In Vista/7, click on the Windows icon/Start > click on Search > type in "cmd"
    2) On this screen type in (exactly as it is typed here): tracert pwieast2.perfectworld.com (You can also use any of the IP addresses to our servers listed below. Try several.)
    Please note there is a space between "tracert" and "pwieast2.perfectworld.com"
    3) Wait for the traceroute to complete.
    4) Right Click on the window
    5) Select the "Select all" option
    6) Hit "Enter"
    7) You will now be able to paste the text into your reply.

    I'm not an newbe... Already made traceroute... And it seems like all servers are working correctly, but game's client is showing them as like they are offline, and im not alone here with same issue, i know atleast one player in game, and one is owner of this theme.
