It drops from SoT/Aba Hellfire and Peach bosses.

why pay now CN servers already got bidding halls with those books
(sins and psys) just wait a few weeks for updates lol

after 3months with that on bidding it will go down, like all the other skills, which went down to now under 10 gold
so yeah, anyone paying 100+ million now gets it earlier than the rest, but the rest will follow soon

Personally, I don't CS so I have to watch my coin, and sometimes I prioritize the gear I get not based on what I need most, but on what I expect to raise in price. For example I've been putting off getting a r9r ring for ages because that thing is doomed to only drop in price.

Aqua Impact and Spirit Blast were like the FIRST two things I sought after when I hit level 100 and it immediately became obvious their price would skyrocket, so I got them ASAP. It simply amazes me how many Psys put this off, and now wtf, what I paid (I think) 25mil for each back in the day, people can now expect to pay a possible 200mil each (or more) for.

Well it makes sense because:

1) The Sage upgrades increase damage output.
2) The Sage version of Spirit Blast especially helps build chi


And NOW...

3) The DPS was increased; the Primal versions of both skills drops their total cast time from 2 seconds to 1.7 (cooldown dropped to about this as well), which may not sound like much, but this basically provides another extra hit before a charm tick. THAT definitely matters.

4) The new Primal effects are quite useful. Sage spirit blast gives 15 chi per cast instead of a chance at 30 (or maybe both...?) and Aqua helps everyone crit mobs 15% more. Had tons of people asking what that new effect was, then they discovered that yeah, we're critting the NW tower more because of Aqua.



Combine all of that with the fact that....if I recall correctly, I knew a couple people who planned to farm the **** out of SoT and Abba to get these during x2, did so during a month of x2, and I only heard of two of them dropping total for Harshlands even though there must've been AT LEAST 6 people farming it regularly. I'm telling you, they typo'ed the drop rate or something.

What's hilarious is seeing all the sins suddenly need these skills when before they were like "meh whatever, those skills not important." As I've said though, it blows my mind that not every Psy thought to prioritize these books. 25mil club ftw.

I never bothered to upgrade many skills. Personally everytime I wanted to buy a skill, i looked for the 2 main skills first. Never seen them. For me, the skill isnt needed. Most people I hit, the damage output wouldnt make a difference.
Rumour has it the skills will be in the bidding hall at some point. Value will go way down, will prolly pick it up then.
