What's up with Morai? I can log in my account but I cannot enter the game itself. b:sad

    seems like a main map crash...
    Can't leave Cube with my Veno and can't log in any other chars outside of Cube oder Primal

    The main map broke again like 10 minutes ago.
    Instances are all fine.

    Hi, i have the same problemen on several accounts and hear from friends they have the same isue too. DC and then able to see your chars on the account and after that login screen.

    Plss can some GM reply???

    no NW tonight in morai again i gues

    i needed those tokens badly b:sad

    any1 wrote a ticket or something that gms know its crash ?

    Writing a ticket has no use for this, tickets get handled in 5-7 office days, world map crashes generally get fixed pretty fast-ish (granted an hour or 2-3 is considered fast lol)

    Logged a support call for it. We'll see how it's handled. Luckily I had an alt in Morai... (the instance, not the server)

    For people who have them: If you've got an alt in the Morai or Primal World instance, you can log in to those. If you get the "account in use" message wait 10 minutes, force login doesn't work. OHT might also work, not sure. Do not attempt to go to the main map.

    For the US-servers maybe, but for EU servers it's more likely we're talking about several weeks, not hours..
    Also unable to log in any of my characters. they were all on the main map when logged off yesterday. Can log into account -> char selection screen -> click Start -> back to login screen with "Could not log in to server"

    well ive seen similar issue on morai before

    after they fix it in ~48 hours had 2 days rollback and stuff... wasnt very fun

    A crapped out database and multiple instances not working = bad news
    A world map crash is pretty... minor since they could just fire that back up again. Unless it somehow screwed up stuff.

    Question is how long they take to find out the map crashed and how hard it is for them to push the "start" button for the map.

    Did you logged the support call to the US-staff or the EU one? because I remember with last time this "event" happened the US could do little but "ask the eu-staff, we dunno and we ain't touching it"

    The support system doesn't give me an option to log a call specifically for the EU staff. I have no alternate means to contact them. I did specify clearly on the ticket that the problem impacts almost all players and that it pertains the Morai (Europe) server. Hopefully someone in the support staff have a direct line to them to tell 'em that their server is down.

    If not, I'll need to investigate alternate means of notifying PWI Europe cental of critical issues.

    It seems the Morai server is experiencing the troubles we had a few months ago that resulted in a two day rollback.

    Mass disconnections.

    People unable to leave instances such as:

    FC
    Delta
    Momagannon
    Morai

    etc etc

    Could we get this resolved as soon as possible please?

    Also note guys, Posting here for Morai isn't going to get a whole lot of attention for a few more hours.

    It's currently just after 4:30am in the GM world for these guys. You'll have better luck on the Morai forums. Oh wait.... yeah.

    Guess it's time to go play outside then, with the US staff being only awake in a couple of hours, and by then the EU staff is packing up and shutting down for the day, I doubt anything is going to move if it requires a server reboot from their side. Unless miraculously the EU staff looks at these forums, cause y'know, that could help a lot >>

    Try the french forums, I don't speak a word french but the new "eu"-CM should be on there cause EU is obviously only french.
