Problem with Zen transfer

heya

i've got a problem with zen transfer

i got some zen that i wanted to transfer to PWI game, but when im choosing the game to transfer it shows only 2 games: Neverwinter and another one (cant remember)
the fact is that there is no PWI to choose

help me please how to proceed

    1).Clear your cache & cookies try again, If you are using ARC try the refresh button.
    2).Make sure you have lvl 10+ character in-game.

    If the above doesn't work send in a ticket to the Billing Team they'll take care of your issue.
