Bridge of Endless Love

I've had this issue quite a bit, but I found out that you can actually go to the Teleporting Pigs where you start and tell them you want to leave and that you don't want to explore. I'm pretty sure this will be helpful for a lot of others not wanting to continue this as well. b:surrender I hope this assists.

This quest would not have been bad when the game was alive and new players were constantly joining, but with the current population in decline, only a hand full of new players joining, start locations populated only by alts, you have to ask why would they add a quest like this now?

They need to add the ability of self satisfaction if no one can find love button.

I had no problems finding a guy to help me finish quest. Did like 4 times already.

If u cant find a guy, then just make 1 alt.

People don't have a problem with the actual action. The big deal is, for people that can't multiclient/don't want to make another char, they could be standing for hours just waiting for another character to come along so they can proceed with their quests. Which is ridiculous, and they should put some sort of alternate option in so that people don't have to give up on finishing the quest chain.

There's no catshops to buy teleacoustics from in the new starter area, and I'm not sure you have access to the boutique there, either.

Yup. Once you leave the new newbie area (or if your character predates New Horizons), you can't get back.

oh yeah, about that place where every player starts.....I've tried the teleporting pigs and it just teleports me somewhere in that same place.
i can't get out. I have no idea how.
can someone tell me how to get out of there?? I need to get to tellus city.
wait, do I need to finish those useless quests before I can get out??? please tell me!!! I'm really desperate to get out of that hellhole. ;(

how can I leave that newbiie area??? there seems to be no sane teleporter except those pigs who only teleport me back and forth. I couldn't get out of that ****in freakin place!!! Ugh!!! i just created a mystic, she's now lvl 5 and I'm stuck in that hell hole

u're right about that hell hole. the boutique isn't available there. No teleporter, no elders, no nothing. totally a wasteland!!

nah, those pigs only teleports newbies back and forth. there's no way out. I'll try to finish all of the quests to see if there really is. wish me luck!!!

I think the trick is to do all the quests.

When I was in there, the pigs option was there at first; but later after I did a quest they had (iirc), they no longer gave the option.

Behind the town there are three bridges. You go there to kill mobs. Across the bridges and around some water, to what I remember being my far left, there was a guy in front of a short tower. He has a quest too. He also let me out.

Maybe you dont really need to do every quest (I was in there on a new toon and not a rebirthed one), but that's what I figured I had to do to get out, so I did, then remembered the guy had the option. *shrugs* b:chuckle

Yeah, I had a friends help (we made toons one day together). I can see it being an issue without someone in there with you. You are right, an alternate way around that (kiss the NPC on the bridge?); and an exit like 'permanent pigs' since they are easy to find, would probably be a great improvement. b:victory


They really need to improve the coin drop in there. New toons leave there poverty stricken. That isnt very inticing - the 6 coin mob drops during 2x were not very impressive, lol. Sorry to sound ungreatful - but I simply wasnt greatful. b:chuckle

IJS...to all raging tide players....i have a male char available waiting at the bridge to give the ladies the love they need to complete this quest...and i am on most days throughout the day server time so pm me in game or ask for me in WC...if i see it ill help you out....xD b:dirtyb:kiss

You don't have to complete them. I didn't want to deal with the bridge part so I left early.

But if you don't complete them, you have to go to the city you first spawned in and use the teleporter there. Other teleporters won't take you out.

I also spent the last 24 hours (9:30 A.M. to 9:30 A.M. the next day) verifying my account. b:angry I'm seriously considering deleting this game from my computer as it has caused more frustration than fun. Does any have any ideas on how to fix this without forcing me to quit the starter quests.

For this one the quest when not complete if you are holding the person, it only completes once you drop them. Also only use the big button that the quest pops up and tell your partner not to initiate the kiss, let you initiate it with the big button. I've found it works best with someone who isn't doing the quest themselves. Last but not least, stay still while doing it. And once you drop them, stay still until it registers and completes. If that don't work, trash it and relog. Wash. Rinse. Repeat. I'd like to note though that this quest line is unnecessary to continue playing the game.

Personally I'd recommend getting a friend to help or using an alt so that it's not so frustrating waiting around for someone else. Clerics can fly permanently from level 1, so you wouldn't need to do anything to get the wings and park them there.

Don't mind Sweetiebot since it automatically responds. Though for future reference, yes you should try and avoid that.
