HELP! Attribute Reset not working

So, I was wondering if anyone else is having an issue with resetting any of their attribute points that they placed DURING rebirth?
During rebirth, being a total dumbass (and playing a psychic for too long) I accidentally placed 10 of my archer's attributes into Magic instead of Dex. This now had me with 15 points in Magic. When I saw what I had done I purchased a Basic Reset Note. The problem is for some reason when I try to take the 10 points out of Magic if wont let me. Just says: unable to reset.
Yes, I have done it properly. I removed ALL gear, every single thing. I even tried using a Basic Reset ALL note and it pulls 5 out of Dex and Strength but still refuses to pull any out of Magic. Tried several of the other reset notes also just to see if they all would glitch...still no luck but sure wasted a lot of gold
I also, yes, yes, broke the TOS, and had a friend log on and try thinking I was just being stupid somehow....but nope, he could not get it to work either. He even tried a couple different NPC's thinking maybe the Arch Elder was glitched...but nope, still wouldn't work.

I have put in SEVERAL tickets and just keep getting DUMB responses that do not help at all....such as...then sent me another Basic Reset Note <.<....like that helped...now I have 2 notes that won't work. Then they sent me guides on how to use the note <.<...again, very helpful...they STILL have not given me any response that actually HELPS.
So, any ideas??? Anyone else having this issue? 10 points might not seem like much but any end game players know that those points are extremely valuable.

check see dont have any avatar cards with +Magic on them as they don't show up blue on character screen0

While i dont have an answer at all. I've had a similar problem. I tried making my venos vit 3 and for the life of me. It just wouldn't reset. Idk if they changed something or what.Logic = Against ToS. It's the answer to all "Wtf..." Moments during normal gameplay with other players.0 -

I have the same problem. In my case, even an advanced reset note of 100 points change in all attribute categories only does one thing:
It takes 100 points out of magic for me to simply put back in.
I am 2nd rebirth and I want my points where they go now and i can't seem to move any of them.
I will check about the avatars...0 -
Taking the avatar cards out helped with 1 category where I could add 5 points to my strength.

However, I still could not move points from dex and vit into my magic attribute. I'll wait until my next level and see if I can minus out points and add them to magic, at that time.0 -
Umm so I'll tack this onto this thread.
Is there still a way to restat mag/vit to 3 instead of 5 minimum?
